Everlawn Refund Policy

At Everlawn, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to make things right.

Returns and Refunds

  • Return Period: You may return any eligible Everlawn product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Condition: Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging. We cannot accept returns on opened or partially used bottles.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Items marked as Final Sale

    • Promotional bundles or discounted kits

    • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

  1. Email our support team at support@everlawn.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions for shipping your item back.

  3. Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace or refund your item at no cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they ship. Once an order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled.

Subscriptions

For customers enrolled in the Everlawn All-Year Plan, you can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime through your customer account. If a shipment has already been processed, the cancellation will apply to your next delivery.
